Export 3 thousand tons of agricultural products

On the afternoon of November 8, 2019, Da Lat – Japan Food Company Limited held a ceremony to celebrate its 20th anniversary of establishment and operation in Lam Dong. Comrade Nguyen Van Yen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, came to celebrate with the company’s employees.

Established in 1999, Da Lat – Japan Food Company Limited currently has approximately 300 employees. The company’s main products are processed sweet potatoes, pumpkins and eggplants. Each year, the company produces 3,000 tons of agricultural products, mainly exported to the Japanese market. Goods are supplied from the company’s garden, from purchasing from farmers as well as in cooperation with some neighboring households.

In the coming time, Da Lat – Japan Food Company Limited aims to develop tissue cultured plant varieties, self-produce standard seed sources, and cultivate according to clean production processes to have agricultural products that meet export standards to high-end markets. Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Yen shared the joy and success of the company as well as the workforce. He encouraged the company to continue production and business, cooperate with farmers, and bring Lam Dong agricultural products to increasingly open markets.
