Mr. Tran Anh Tuan – Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union, said: “The company always fully complies with the provisions of the law on labor and social insurance. 100% of employees have signed labor contracts and enjoy full benefits. Every year, the company organizes periodic health check-ups, travel and many other recreational activities to improve the spiritual life of employees. Currently, the company has about 280 employees, of which about 180 are direct workers, with an average salary of about 7-8 million VND”.

• OUTSTANDING WELFARE POLICY

Every year, depending on business results, the company will organize travel for all officers and employees with a break of about 3-4 days depending on the location. At the same time, the company also organizes periodic health check-ups, occupational diseases, and full work environment measurements. At the same time, the Company also signed a collective labor agreement with many more favorable provisions than the law such as visiting employees in funerals, weddings, mid-shift meal allowances for all employees, breakfast allowances for out-of-province workers, fuel allowances, lodging allowances, hazardous materials, etc.; performing annual social responsibilities such as giving gifts to encourage learning to local schools. On the other hand, every year, the company and the grassroots trade union organize propaganda sessions, sports events, art competitions, and gifts for holidays and Tet.

“On the part of the Trade Union Executive Committee, every year, we also organize propaganda sessions on the Labor Law, labor safety, traffic safety, prevention of social evils, and ways to raise children, etc. In addition, we organize annual labor conferences and sign collective labor agreements with enterprises with many more favorable provisions than the law; organize sports competitions for workers on the occasion of Workers’ Month… In parallel, the union also organizes competitions to learn about policies, laws, skills, labor initiatives, annual Union Singing and Women’s Talent competitions; organizes union membership recruitment with the goal of 100% of workers being union members. When union members have a funeral or happy occasion, they are visited; on holidays and Tet, there are gifts for union members” – Mr. Tran Anh Tuan added.

In particular, since 2014, the Company has opened a convenience store right at the enterprise; currently, the above booth is still maintained regularly. The operating principle of the booth is that the union and the enterprise work together, the union provides capital and the enterprise supports 1 sales staff. The Union Executive Committee is responsible for purchasing necessities at the cheapest wholesale price, with the best quality, and selling them to the company’s employees at zero profit, with the aim of reducing costs for workers when they have to buy from stores outside the company and also ensuring that workers buy the best quality goods, avoiding counterfeit goods, and also being a convenient place for workers to buy when they get home from work.

In addition to maintaining the convenience store, the Company also pays special attention to the mid-shift meals of workers and has been maintained since its establishment, with the cost of meals being about 30,000 VND/person/meal; if workers work overtime for 2 hours or more, they will be given a second mid-shift meal.

And, since 2012, the Executive Board of the Trade Union has also supported employees with revolving loans in case of emergency such as illness, disease or urgent matters… Ms. Nguyen Thi Trinh – an employee of the Company said: “I am very satisfied with my current job.
